Social media use is widespread in companies today; however, less than 33% of companies have a social media policy. How is your company preparing for these new challenges from a legal and policy standpoint? Are you protecting your business, your employees and your customers? As social media grows legal and HR professionals are increasingly called upon to arbitrate social media issues on privacy and policy.
Will be discussing during the session:
- Pros and cons of social networking policies and best practices
- Issues that can occur when implementing social media practices
- Guidance on how to approach internal and external social media policies
- Resources for building social media policies
