Technology for Ohio’s Tomorrow Appoints New Executive Director

Anna HeadshotCOLUMBUS, July 20, 2015 – Technology for Ohio’s Tomorrow (TOT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Conrad as the new Executive Director, effective immediately. As leader of the non-profit coalition, Conrad will drive TOT members’ policy advocacy and public education initiatives.

Conrad is currently an Associate for The Strategy Group Company, where she works with a variety of clients on different government and public affairs issues. She graduated from the University of Dayton with her Master of Arts in Communication and Public Relations.

Before joining TOT, Conrad gained a wealth of knowledge in Washington, D.C., where she worked for the NRCC and interned for the Office of the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.

Conrad believes that it is vital to the future success of our State to stay at the forefront of technology. Technology creates the opportunity we so desperately need and she is committed to working with industry partners and experts in the field, working to inform the public about technology developments in the state, and raising the visibility of technology issues to promote forward-thinking.

Conrad says of her new position “There could not be a better time to join the fight. Ohio’s tech-friendly environment is just beginning to thrive and I believe that with new innovations and our continued engagement in the issues, we will be able to achieve more than we ever imagined. I am excited for the opportunity to lead TOT in engaging our members, the Ohio legislature, and our community because I believe that we all share a vision in creating a stronger Ohio.”
